Rosemary Cashews
- 1 large bag full of raw cashews
- 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2-1tsp sea salt
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Melt the coconut oil on a cookie sheet pan while heating oven to 400º
- (You can skip that step if your coconut oil is already melted in warm climates)
- Roll cashews in the coconut oil
- Chop up some fresh rosemary sprigs and sprinkle over cashews
- Sprinkle with sea salt to coat evenly
- Roast for 5-10 minutes depending how hot your oven is
- Keep an eye on them, burnt cashews are not that tasty!
