Not like the bag of oily salty chips, but a healthier alternative that tastes great with burgers.

1 potato per person: red, purple, yukon, or russet
1 Tbsp ghee, bacon fat, coconut oil, or avocado oil
Sea salt
Wash, but don't peel the potatoes
Slice them into thin rounds
Rub with a healthy fat
Lay in a single layer on a cookie sheet
Sprinkle with 1 tsp sea salt per 4 large potatoes
Bake at 350° for 35-45min
They should be browned and crispy, but not burnt!
