Yummy Kale Chips
- 1 bunch of kale, beet greens, or collards work well too
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayenne if you like a bit of heat
- Make sure the kale is dry and the spines are removed
- Massage the oil into the kale to breakdown the fibers
- Sprinkle on salt and any other spices you may enjoy
- Bake low at 300 to make sure they do not burn, but get nice and crisp
- After 15 minutes check and see if they need 5 min more
- Allow them to cool for 3 min on the counter
- Taste your healthy chips
