1 cup Dried beans
1 piece Kombu (seaweed)
1 tsp Sea salt
6 cups Clean filtered water
1 tsp Lemon or vinegar
Soak 1 cup beans in water with 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar overnight or 2 nights
Drain water and fill a pot with this ratio: 1 cup of beans to 6 cups of water
Add a piece of seaweed to add minerals and remove the “toot factor”
Bring to boil, lower to a simmer, and cook on low for 1 hour covered with a crack for steam to release
