1 small onion or shallot
1 cup properly prepared black Eans, kidney beans, or chickpeas
1tsp sea salt to season meat
2 tsp Taco seasoning which can be made up of: 1/2t paprika, 1/2t cumin, 1/2t onion powder, and 1/2t garlic
