Fried Chicken or Zucchini
- Organic Chicken Thighs without the bone or sliced zucchini
- 1/2 cup almond flour (chickpea flour if allergic to nuts)
- 1 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp onion granules, 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3Tbsp bacon fat, ghee, duck fat or coconut oil
- Mix almond flour and spices in a shallow bowl
- Dredge chicken or zucchini pieces in the mixture
- Heat up a safe saturated fat from the list of ingredients to med high
- Fry each piece in the hot fat about 5-8 minutes on each side
- Make sure fat is not smoking and only flip the chicken once
- Stay near the pan, do not let chicken burn, burnt food is carcinogenic
