Easy Ramen
- 1 pot of bone broth
- 1 shallot , 1/2 onion or green onions
- mushrooms, radishes, carrot or any vegetable to add in
- spinach, chard, kale or any green to add in
- parsley, cilantro or any fresh herb of choice
- 1 Tbsp wheat free soy sauce (Tamari)
- unrefined sea salt
- *optional rice vermicelli noodles
- Saute onions or shallot in 1 tsp butter,ghee, or coconut oil
- Add veggies, mushrooms or whatever add ins you like
- Pour the broth over the veggies when soft, maybe 5 minutes
- Bring the broth to a gentle simmer, toss in any greens and herbs
- Add vermicelli noodles and remove from heat for 5 minutes
- Add Tamari, hot sauce, lime juice or any adds in for flavor
- Season with unrefined sea salt to taste
