Detox Fried Chicken
- Organic Chicken Thighs without the bone or cut off the bone, 2-3 per person
- 1/2 cup almond flour (chickpea flour if allergic to nuts)
- 1t sea salt, 1t curry powder, 1/4t pepper or garlic powder optional
- 3Tbsp Lard, duck fat or coconut oil
- Mix almond flour and spices in a shallow bowl
- Dredge chicken pieces in the mixture
- Heat up a safe saturated fat form the list of ingredients to med high
- Fry each piece in the hot fat about 5-8 minutes on each side
- *Make sure fat is not smoking and only flip the chicken once
- **Stay at the pan, do not let chicken burn, burnt food is carcinogenic
