Orange Honey Cranberry Sauce
- 1 pint of organic fresh cranberries or one 12 ounce bag
- 1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice (simply squeeze 2-3 oranges)
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- Zest from 2 of the organic juice oranges
- 1 cinnamon stick and 4 whole cloves
- Place everything in a sauce pan or small pot
- Heat on medium until the berries pop and thicken
- The process should take between 10-15 minutes
- I would taste after 15 min and adjust seasoning to your preference
- Let cool before serving so the flavors can blend together
- Leave the cinnamon stick and cloves in the sauce for presentation
