Traditionally soaked muesli is a great way to prepare a quick breakfast, eat whole grain oats that are more digestible, and get your dose of healthy probiotics
1 cup oats
1 cup whole fat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp raw honey (if necessary)
Optional add ins:
1/4 tsp cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and/or nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract is nice so is lemon extract or almond
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice or fresh squeezed orange juice
Grated apple, blueberries, pomegranate, or raspberries
Raw sunflower seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, raw nuts, or dried fruit
Shredded coconut or chia seeds
Add all ingredients together the night before you plan to eat it
