Muesli in Yogurt
- 1 cup whole fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup whole rolled oats (not steel cut)
- 1 handful raw nuts, seeds, and/or dried fruit
- 1 handful shredded coconut
- 1 handful berries, 1/2 banana sliced, or any fruit diced
- optional: sprinkle of cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, or squeeze of 1/2 orange
- (I think my handful is about 1/4 cup)
- Muesli is very forgiving on measurements, make it YOUR STYLE!
- Place all of the ingredients that you choose in a container
- Save the fruit to put on top the next morning or mix in if your mornings are rushed
- Mix well and leave overnight in the fridge
- Grab your container in the morning and go!
- I make a huge batch Sunday night; it will last all week and just get healthier each day.
