Fried Apples & Yoghurt
- 1 fall season crisp organic apple
- 1 Tbsp real butter or coconut oil
- cinnamon
- filtered spring water
- vanilla extract
- greek or french styled whole fat yoghurt
- * optional shredded coconut or raw walnut pieces
- Melt butter or coconut oil in a small pan
- Chop up apple with peel into small cubes and toss into the pan
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and cook on low-med
- Pour 1 cup of yoghurt into a bowl and mix in 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Pour a few spoonfuls of water onto apples to soften them
- Add in nuts, coconut, pumpkin seeds or any type of trail mix item
- Scrape contents of pan over yogurt and enjoy
