1 can coconut milk
1 cup rolled oats
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
* choose 2 of the following spice flavors you enjoy:
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cardamom, or ground nutmeg
1-2 Seasonal fruits to taste
Mix all of the ingredients in a covered jar and refrigerate overnight to allow chia seeds to rehydrate
Slice up a few fruits of choice and enjoy
