5 Minute French Toast
- Sour dough or sprouted grain bread
- 2-5 eggs, 1 per person eating
- 2-4 Tbsp whole fat milk, cream, almond milk, or coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp or a pinch of cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 spoonfuls of butter
- Maple Syrup
- Heat skillet to medium heat
- Slice bread into thin slices
- Mix up eggs, cream, cinnamon, and vanilla extract
- Melt butter into the skillet
- Dredge bread into the egg mixture
- Cook the bread in the butter 1 minute on each side
- Enjoy with real maple syrup or homemade whipped cream
