1/2 cup whole fat plain yogurt
1 cup whole milk, almond milk, or coconut milk
2 Tbsp raw peanut butter, almond butter, or cashews
1/2 cup organic frozen blueberries
juice from 1/2 orange
*optional 1 egg yolk
Separate the egg whites and drop the yolk into the blender
Squeeze the orange half over the yolk to begin to "cook" it
Add the rest of the ingredients
Blend until smooth
