I Scream Smoothie
- 1 can coconut milk, or 2 cups whole milk or almond milk (not soy)
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 3 frozen bananas (peeled before freezing them)
- *optional protein boost 2 Tbsp peanut butter, almond butter, or sunflower butter
- *optional replace the milk with whipping cream for an ice cream shake
- Throw the liquids into the blender
- Add bananas and nut butter on top
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Serve 8 oz in a fancy glass
- *optional homemade whipped cream on top
- Simply shake a jar of whipping cream until it gets "whipped"
