2 Tbsp nut or seed butter
1 Tbsp coconut butter, cream, or oil
1 cup full fat plain yoghurt
1 cup full fat raw milk, nut milk, or coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, cherries, or strawberries
2 frozen Bananas
1 handful of baby spinach, kale, or Swiss chard
Layer ingredients in the blender
Place frozen fruit on top
Blend until smooth and delicious
serves 4 small fancy glasses - you do not need a 12 ounce dessert for breakfast
